Founded in 2004, Alp-San Aluminum & PVC provides manufacturing and assembly services for aluminum and PVC door, window and shutter systems, aluminum exterior cladding and glass balcony systems. Operating on a total area of 1.000 m2, 850 m2 of which is indoors, our company continues to serve with two different machine parks for aluminum and PVC production, 7 vehicles, profile and finished joinery stock areas. We realize our production with fully automatic CNC machines. Our company, which prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction, has TSE-HYB and ISO 9001:2008 quality certificates and OHSAS18001:2007 certificate, which is an occupational health and worker safety quality system. Our company, having obtained the CE Quality System Certificate in 2010, which is compulsory for all companies but not used by many companies, manufactures and assembles in European standards.

Our business partners and suppliers are the most important elements of our success. Our company works with WINSA brand as a solution partner in PVC profiles. We apply 60 mm Carina, 70 mm Sapphire and Dorado, 76 mm Dorado Gold and Shild, 84 mm Revotech and new generation insulated sliding ComfortSlide profile series as standard from lead-free profiles.

All hot-dip galvanized support sheets with a minimum thickness of 1.20 and a maximum thickness of 2 mm (may vary according to demand and project specifications) are used even in the smallest parts. As a solution partner in door and window hardware, we minimize the mishaps that may occur after assembly by using German imported products such as WINSA, G.U., AUBİ-SIGENIA and ROTO. Furthermore, our company uses Trakya Glass Factories patented “ısıcam” branded glass with a minimum thickness of 4DC + 16HB + 4DC with a 10-year warranty. Again, according to the demand and project specifications, qualified glass and safety glass demands are met by our company. For aluminum profiles, our company works with Turkey’s leading system manufacturers such as ASAŞ, ZAHİT, ÇUHADAROĞLU, SARAY and uses profiles with a minimum thickness of 1.8 and 2 mm apart from special requests and projects.
